根据国际医学科学组织委员会(CIOMS)推荐,其不良反应发生率属于非常罕见级别,未见与连花清瘟相关的肝肾功能损伤不良反应。直接将橘子汁滴入抗原试剂板条,破坏了适宜的pH环境,造成胶体金颗粒的团聚和抗原抗体的非特异性结合,会产生假阳性。马晓衡指出，学校是人员最集中和自然灾害、突发事件发生后容易产生伤亡的场所之一，青少年和儿童在这些突发事故面前是最脆弱最易受到伤害的群体。
